Sarah didn't come to Laser Hair Removal from the beauty industry. She came to it from nursing — and from nearly two decades inside medical aesthetics, learning what truly makes a difference for a guest.
Plush Laser is what she built once she knew exactly what she wanted to offer.
Her Story
Sarah started helping out at her family's aesthetics practice at thirteen: filing patient charts, cleaning, answering phones. It was one of the country's leading facial rejuvenation companies, and it was nearly twenty years before this industry became something you saw every day on Instagram.
That timing gave her something most providers don't have — she watched medical aesthetics evolve from the inside, across almost two decades, and learned what genuinely delivers for a guest over the long run.
She went on to work nearly every role along the way: service industry, front desk, assistant manager, clinical operations manager. When she became a Registered Nurse in 2015, she knew immediately she would specialize in aesthetics. Getting to perform the treatments herself, she has said, was the part that felt like a dream come true.
Sarah trained across the full range — injectables, BBL, CoolSculpting, medical-grade facials. She was voted RealSelf's Most Loved Injector in 2017 and featured in New Beauty as a top provider. She was good at all of it.
And she chose to focus. Laser was, in her words, her one true love — and she believed being genuinely niche, a master of one craft, was the path forward. That conviction is the whole reason Plush Laser specializes in Laser Hair Removal and laser facials, and does them exceptionally well, rather than offering a little of everything.

November 2020. Not the moment anyone would choose to open a boutique clinic, and she has said she wouldn't have had it any other way. Laser followed shortly after — the service she considered a must-have for everyone.
Plush Laser is now three clinics: Birmingham and Grand Rapids in Michigan, and Scottsdale, Arizona. Sarah has personally performed more than 15,000 Laser Hair Removal treatments, and she trains and precepts the medical professionals who come after her.

Nearly a decade in medical aesthetics taught Erin the same lesson twice over — what happens when a business chases the numbers and forgets the guest in front of it, and what's possible when it doesn't. She started at a single location and grew from there, eventually leading teams across four states and more than 150 employees.
She runs Plush the same way now: guest first, team first, numbers follow. Every decision — staffing, training, how a clinic handles its busiest day — gets held to that standard before anything else.
Why It Matters
Erin joined Plush Laser in 2025 and oversees all three clinics — hiring, training, scheduling, and the hundred operational details that decide whether your appointment starts on time and your nurse isn't rushed.
Her background is the useful part. When you have personally built and led teams at that scale, you understand exactly what it takes to keep standards consistent as a company grows — and how much attention each guest deserves along the way. Someone has to build a Plush experience that way, every day. That's the job she signed up for.
